Sunnidale Homes is a new single family home project by RedBerry Homes and is currently in pre-construction. The new project will be located at 529 Sunnidale Road in Wasaga Beach. The major intersection is Concession 12 & Sunnidale Road.

Sunnidale Wasage Beach will be a collection of towns, semis and singles. Units will be a mix of two bedroom layout and three bedroom layout. Units will range from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet. The estimated completion date for Sunnidale Homes is still unknown.
